Thanks for joining us Glamping-Style!

We recommend 1 Queen or 2 Twins for optimal comfort inside your tent. If you need more beds for your family, our tents can fit 2 Queens or 4 Twins. You can add additional beds on to your package. Please contact our office if you have any questions on sleeping arrangements.

NOTE – When you checkout you will be asked to provide a shipping address. This is for follow up contact only, the tent will NOT be shipped to you. All tents and furnishings will be shipped to the wedding location and set up by the Stout Tent crew.

Package Includes*:

  • 16.5′ Canvas Bell Tent
  • 1 Queen or 2 Twin Beds (Guest choice)*. We use real mattresses and boxsprings.
  • Bedding: white sheet set; pillowcases; down alternative comforter with duvet cover
  • Pillows: luxury down alternative pillow, jumbo size.
  • Mexican Blankets
  • 2 – Nightstands/Crates
  • 2 – LED Lanterns
  • Soft Printed Area Rug
  • 2 – Directors Chairs
  • Small Vintage Mirror
  • Handmade Turkish/Kilim Throw Pillows (1 per twin/2 Queen)
  • 2 X 3 Piece Towel Sets with Handmade Soap

*The total cost of $500 covers one tent for the entire weekend (Thursday-Sunday). The cost is the same if you camp for 1, 2, or 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy – All changes must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the eventGuests may cancel their individual reservations up until 2 weeks prior to the event. Bride and Groom are responsible for paying for unused reservations so please avoid last minute cancellations if you can help it.  No-shows forfeit any refund. 

Should guests want to add to, change, or cancel their accommodations, they may call our office at 602-845-0609 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm MST.
