Maintenance is vital to the health and longevity of your tent, so Stout Tent has devised a cleaning and maintenance package to help you keep your tent in top shape. Four times a year Stout Tent pulls on hands on deck and reserves our warehouse to clean and maintain our customers tents.
Simply send in your tent to our warehouse at the designated date (no need to send the poles), and our experienced crew will clean up your tent!

- Spot Treat Canvas
- Clean netting of door and windows
Cleaning your tent will take 1-2 days. Customers should expect their tent to be mailed back within 1-2 weeks after the Quarterly Maintenance cycle is completed. Ex: Ship your tent to us in the week of March 12th, and you will receive it back at the end of March. If you send it in for maintenance in January-February, you will receive your tent back at the end of March.
Spring Maintenance: Send in your tents the week of March 12th
Summer Maintenance: Send in your tents the week of June 11th
Fall Maintenance: Send in your tents the week of September 10th
Didn’t buy a Stout Tent? Don’t worry, we can swap out cheap zippers and fix weak seams from other companies, in fact, over 50% of our shop work is completed on other brands of tents. NOTE: There may be a delay if specific parts need to be ordered for an off-brand tent, these delays are avoidable if you send the replacement part needed with your repair.
