Tent Repairs – A la carte



Your tent is a great investment! Need a repair? No problem, send it in! We’ll fix it and get your tent back to you to enjoy for many more adventures. We offer cleaning and maintenance packages. This offering is for specific repairs only. Simply choose from our list of options and include any notes about your tent during your checkout process.

If you have an issue that isn’t listed, please email us at info@stouttent.com, there’s not much we can’t do.

Ship your tent to us during our designated Maintenance days and we’ll return it within 2 weeks, refreshed and ready for another season!

We provide maintenance and repairs for any brand of canvas tent or tipi! Prices are valid for up to a 12 x 14 Wall Tent or up to a 5M Bell Tent.



Steps for Repair:

Simply send in your tent to our warehouse at the designated date (no need to send the poles, or stakes), and our experienced crew will repair your tent!

What’s Included?

  • Designated Tent Repair

Stout Tent will repair your tent per the requested order. If we see that additional repairs are needed, we will contact you with our recommendations before repairing the tent. If you would like your tent cleaned, or treated for preventive maintenance please consider our Stout Tent Maintenance Package or Advance Maintenance Package.

Repairing your tent will take 2-4 weeks if sent in only for repair. If this is another brand of tent, you may have additional wait time if we have to special order a part. You can avoid this delay by sending the replacement part in with your tent. If cleaning is wanted as well, you’ll want to purchase one of the packages mentioned above, and you will need to send it in during the specifically outlined Maintenance Cycles for cleaning and re-proofing.

Didn’t buy a Stout Tent? Don’t worry, we can swap out cheap zippers and fix weak seams from other companies. We’ll repair, maintain, and clean any other brands of canvas tents. There may be a delay if a special order part is needed. ie: Groundsheet zipper for another brand tent.

Maintenance Package FAQ

Am I responsible for shipping? Stout Tent pays to ship the tent back to you after it has been serviced. You are responsible for the shipping in getting the tent to Stout Tent for service.

How long is the maintenance package voucher good for? The repair voucher is valid for 2 years from date of purchase.

Can I use my voucher multiple times within the 2 year period? No. The repair voucher is valid for one use only. Additional packages may be purchased.

What if the damage is extensive? Send it in, we will evaluate and call you with our advice and a work with you to create a plan for your tent.

How long will my repair take? Send in you tent during the designated Receiving Date and your tent will be returning in 10-14 days. Please view the calendar to see our Maintenance dates this year.
