Get Set Before You Go

Step 1 - Cmplete our PRE-ARRIVAL QUESTIONNAIRE To help us personalize your stay. This allows our team to prepare for dietary restrictions, special occasions, accessibility needs, and any other accommodation that may make your visit more comfortable.

Step 2 - Make sure the name on your reservation matches the name on your ID. For the comfort and security of our guests, the name on the reservation should match one of the guests staying in the accommodation. If you’ve had a change, please make sure you have the ID (or picture of the ID) of the person who’s name is on the reservation.

Step 3 - Make sure all everyone in your group is listed on the reservation. Each accommodation is prepared for the number of guests included with the reservation. We're unable to host additional overnight guests beyond the listed capacity. Not sure which accommodation you reserved? Reply with your order number and we'll confirm the details.

Step 3 - Make proximity requests NOW! Traveling with friends in another reservation? Reply to this email as soon as possible. While specific placements can't always be guaranteed, our team will make every effort to keep your group conveniently located near one another.

A NOTE ON AIRCONDITIONING

Each Vineyard accommodation includes a powerful 15,000 BTU air-conditioning unit. Because our accommodations are insulated canvas structures surrounded by the natural beauty and direct summer sun of the Gorge, they cool a little differently than a traditional hotel room. During the warmest part of exceptionally hot afternoons, the interior will typically remain approximately 10–15°F cooler than the outdoor temperature, and will cool considerably as the sun begins to set. For the best experience, keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioner is running.

En-Suite Vista guests:

Your private bathroom is integrated directly into your tent — porcelain toilet, vanity, hot shower, towels, and premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) all stocked and ready.

Vista guests:

your VIP trailer restroom and showers are climate-controlled, reserved exclusively for Vineyard guests, refreshed throughout the day, and stocked with the same thoughtful bath amenities. See the site map for locations.

Venue Entry & Shuttle

Getting to and from the Show

Complimentary access to the Vineyard shuttle system is included with your accommodation package. Golf cart shuttles run continuously between Vineyard and the venue throughout the show — contact the Vineyard Concierge Team when you're ready and we'll coordinate your pickup.

HEADING TO THE SHOW

Shuttles drop you at the Plaza Gate Terrace drop-off point. From there, proceed through security screening at the gate with your Vineyard credentials.

HEADING BACK TO THE CAMPSITE

After the show, make your way to the far right of the Plaza Gate area, beside the accessibility staging zone — Look for the Vineyard staff member, Vineyard signage, and staged carts ready to take you back. Shuttles begin staging 30 minutes before the show ends. Heading back outside that window? Text the Insider Line and we'll send a cart your way.

The Gorge sits in the Columbia River canyon. Days are hot and dry — temperatures regularly exceed 95°F. After dark, canyon winds pick up and temperatures drop sharply. Pack layers, a wind layer for evenings, and take sun protection seriously.

*Nearby fires are creating some hazy skies, and you may want to bring a mask/respirator, based on your sensitivity to smoke.

What to bring on your trip to The Vineyard.

Packing List

Your tent is fully equipped — you do not need to bring bedding, towels, or an ice chest. Focus on personal items, weather prep, and venue essentials.

• Valid photo ID

Required at check-in and for any credential reissuance on-site.

• Event tickets, credentials & booking confirmation

A digital ticket, and your FGT wristband/credentials

• Food & Beverages

To keep in your personal cooler at your tent. You can bring groceries and use the Community Grill / Outdoor kitchen area.

• Sunscreen (high SPF), sunglasses & a wide-brim hat

The Gorge sun is intense — no shade in the bowl. Reapply throughout the day.

• Layers and a wind layer

Temperatures drop fast after sunset. A mid-layer fleece and wind shell will cover you.

• Comfortable closed-toe shoes

Terrain is uneven. Sandals are fine at the tent, not ideal for the walk to the venue.

• Portable phone charger

Your tent has power to charge all of your devices, but a portable battery is useful in the venue bowl.

• Personal medications

In original prescription containers with your name visible.

• Venue-compliant bag

Clear bag up to 12" × 12" × 6", hydration pack, or small non-clear clutch/fanny pack under 6" × 9".

• Reusable water bottle or hydration pack

Empty at venue entry; free refill stations inside. Earplugs are a smart add for three nights of bass.

• Cash or card

For food trucks, merchandise, or purchases outside Vineyard.

• Additional Considerations

Portable speaker, shower shoes.
