Stout Tent wholesale purchases are backed by our commercial manufacturing warranty protecting against structural and material defects. Because wholesale inventories are custom-allocated and scaled for commercial hospitality use, all bulk orders are final once fulfilled and shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item upon delivery, you must notify our team within 7 business days of receipt with supporting documentation so we can promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.

Payment for the full amount of tents, accessories, and any other products ordered is due immediately upon placing your order in order for production to begin. Once accepted into the wholesale program, customers can complete their order directly on our website with automated account discounts applied, or pay via wire (ACH) transfer or check. A convenience fee of 3% will be added to orders of $30,000+ paid with a Credit Card.

Shipping is free for the first 10 tents on orders placed in the continental US. Orders with 10+ tents will be responsible for shipping charges, which will be quoted separately. Large orders may be palletized to reduce shipping fees. Customers may set up their own shipping arrangements if preferred (note: a 15% charge is added to external shipping rates to cover warehouse labor costs).

Stout Tent assists with international shipments by collecting quotes from 2 separate freight companies (Air/Ocean/Ground). Customers are fully responsible for knowing the customs procedures, duties, and import taxes of their destination country.

Wholesale purchases establish a buyer/seller relationship only and do not grant automatic rights to use Stout Tent photos, videos, or marketing assets without explicit permission. Approved wholesale partners receive access to a designated folder of watermarked images for authorized promotional use.
