ULTIMATE Packing List For Oasis Glamping at the Gorge Amphitheatre

So you are staying at the Gorge Oasis? Congrats! You have picked the most special place to stay at The Gorge Amphitheatre, as well as the easiest to plan for as there are many services and items included to make your life easier and your stay luxurious.

But I am sure you have questions about exactly what is included and what you DO need to pack. Don’t worry, I’ve got you.

Before getting to the Oasis packing list, let me begin with what you don’t need to pack. Here is everything that is included in your Oasis package.

Gorge Oasis Inclusions

The best thing about staying at the Gorge Oasis is that you don’t have to pack much at all. Think of it like staying at a hotel – you will have a comfortable bed with sheets and a comforter, electricity, and even an air conditioner in your tent.

There are flushing toilets, hot showers, a bountiful breakfast every morning, and a comfortable lounge to keep cool under fans and misters – what more could you want?

Every tent has 24-hour power, a light, a fan, a power strip for charging devices, and an air conditioner. If you are cold, there are extra blankets available, and heaters to rent at the concierge office. There are also outdoor chairs outside every tent, and the two-person tents also have a table and chairs inside.

Gorge Oasis Dining Inclusion

A buffet breakfast is provided every morning of your stay from 7.30am till 10.30am in the guest lounge and consists of delicious breakfast burritos, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, donuts, fruit salad, yogurts, granola, cereal, toast with peanut butter, Nutella and jelly, waffles with maple syrup and cream, and fresh fruit. There are also gluten-free, vegan, and other options for guests with dietary restrictions.

We also offer locally roasted coffee from Wenatchee-based Makers Coffee Roasters, a selection of black and herbal teas, apple cider, and hot chocolate with whole milk, almond milk, half & half, and creamers. The hot drinks station is out and refreshed for your entire stay, perfect if you have a hot chocolate craving at 3am.

You are welcome to bring your own food to cook meals on the grills, flattop, and burners. There is even a microwave and a blender! Every cooking and eating utensil you should need is supplied including some basic cooking supplies like oil, sauces, and spices.

There is a two bay sink with hot and cold water and dishwashing supplies so you can do your dishes once you have cooked yourself a delicious meal or enjoyed a glass of wine with one of our provided wine glasses.

There is a water filter and cooler where you can fill up your water bottle and there is complimentary cooler rental on a first-come, first-served basis, and one bag of ice per day is also complimentary.

Gorge Oasis Comfort Station Amenities

Every shower has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for guest use, and you will find towels in your tent. If you would like a fresh towel during your stay, you can change it with the concierge. There is also a dressing tent with mirrors, hair dryers, and hair products to get ready in.

The concierge office has ear plugs, electrolyte pops and packets, mints, basic first aid, womens products, pain killers, see-through plastic carry bags for inside the venue, extra garbage bags, and much more – just ask.

What To Pack For the Gorge Oasis

  • Light, Breathable Clothing

It can get very hot at the Gorge and with the dry desert heat and little shade, make sure to pack plenty of clothing that is light and breathable.

  • Warm Clothing

While the Gorge is known for its extreme heat, it can also get quite cold, especially early and late in the season. Even if you are staying with us during a hotter month, I recommend bringing warm clothing just in case.

  • Rain Jacket or Poncho

The weather can change fast at the Gorge and we have been known to get some heavy rain. Pack a rain jacket or poncho just in case.

  • Moisturizer

The desert environment of the Gorge dries out everything, including your skin, so make sure to pack some body and face moisturizer.

  • Sun Hat

The sun is no joke out here, so make sure to pack a sun hat for inside the venue and for exploring the surrounding area.

  • Sunscreen

Another important item for day time at the Gorge. We do have some sunscreen outside the concierge office if you forget yours.

  • Beach Towel and Swim Suit

If you are attending a show where you have time to explore before the show starts, I highly recommend heading down to the river to cool off. So make sure to pack a swim suit and beach towel, and maybe even some floaties.

  • Blanket

With low backed chairs no longer allowed for some events, pack a blanket to sit on for inside the venue.

  • Large Water Bottle

It is important to stay hydrated and with a water cooler/filter onsite, you can easily do that by packing a water bottle. I would recommend an insulated water bottle to keep your water cold, and the bigger the better. There are also water filling stations inside the music venue so you take your water bottle in there too.

  • Sunshade

You are welcome to bring a sunshade for outside your tent (outdoor chairs are provided) just ensure that you have both stakes and ropes to properly secure it because high winds are common and fly away sunshades can, and have, caused a lot of damage.

  • Drinks and Food

You are welcome to bring drinks and food to prepare while staying at the Oasis. If you are over 21, you are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages and can enjoy them at your tent or in the communal lounge.

For some events there will be a food truck inside the Oasis otherwise you can access the food trucks at the Pivot by taking the complimentary Camp Shuttle, walk 5-minutes to the food truck at The Grove RV Camping, or wander next door to Cave B and Sagecliffe to the food options there. Check with the concierge for more details about nearby food options.

  • Flip Flops

Pack a pair of slip on sandals or flip flops to walk to the showers and restrooms from your tent, and to relax in before the show.
