STOUT TENT WARRANTY INFORMATION
Stout Tent is committed to providing the most durable and beautiful bell tents on the planet, exceeding industry standards and customer expectations. However, unexpected things happen, so if anything is wrong with our Stout Tent product, we’ll work to make it right.
Any product(s) damaged in shipping within the United States (when ordered from www.stouttent.com) or defective product(s) (when ordered from www.stouttent.com) must be returned directly to Stout Tent in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. The Order Number must be included with the product.
Submit a warranty claim by completing our Warranty Request Form below.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the tent. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the tent or any part or component that is deemed defective.
Stout Tent reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
HOW TO SETUP A REFUND/EXCHANGE
Submit a refund/exchange request by completing our Warranty Request Form below. Only new, unused products purchased from Stout Tent directly are eligible for refund.
If your refund is approved, you will be supplied with a return shipping label and invoiced for the return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are at your expense and non-refundable.

Note: Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7-14 business days for us to process your refund or to ship out your exchange product.
Warranty Returns: A Stout Tent Team Member will gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by your warranty. If approved, we will validate your request and then contact you to discuss return procedures. You will be given a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and a prepaid FedEx label (for items within the USA) to return your product.
